2 Russian U.S. Reps and a South Korean psyche doc still want Trump declared crazy

Look at the foreign-influenced "Americans" evaluating Trump's fitness for office

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Two Russian American members of Congress and a South Korean American Yale assistant clinical professor who is currently unlicensed as a physician/surgeon in Connecticut “still” want “the American people” to know Donald Trump is dangerously crazy.  They’re planning another attempt to meet with Congress.

None of the 60,000 mental health professionals South Korean American lawyer Dr. Bandy Lee pointed to as signatories on a social media petition examined Trump.  Neither did the co-authors of the 27 chapters of “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump” the South Korean psychiatrist and lawyer who spent 5 years working for France’s Ministry of Justice edited.

The conclusions they generated were from media reports, Trump’s tweets on Twitter and an investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller that Trump has called “fake.”  The group’s meetings and discussions about Trump were not public.  Not all of the participants have been publicly-identified or investigated to learn why they were violating psychiatric profession’s “Goldwater Rule” to undermine the world’s perspective about the president’s mental health.   Lee was once licensed in three states to practice psychiatry, but today she’s registered only in New York while teaching at Yale in New Haven, Connecticut and calling herself a “doctor” there when she’s not.

Lee and her group were also condemned by the American Psychiatry Association (APA) for their armchair diagnosis of the U.S. president.  In a June 9, 2018 statement the national association’s leadership took a not-so-subtle punch at the unlicensed psychiatrist’s “armchair psychiatry.’

“A proper psychiatric evaluation requires more than a review of television appearances, tweets, and public comments.  Psychiatrists are medical doctors; evaluating mental illness is no less thorough than diagnosing diabetes or heart disease. The standards in our profession require review of medical and psychiatric history and records and a complete examination of mental status.  Often collateral information from family members or individuals who know the person well is included, with permission from the patient,” the APA’s leaders warned the public about Lee and her group.

APA CEO and Medical Director Saul Levin’s release made it also clear that Lee and her team were operating without accountability by stressing that its guidelines “can only be enforced against APA members.”

“The Goldwater Rule embodies these concepts and makes it unethical for a psychiatrist to render a professional opinion to the media about a public figure unless the psychiatrist has examined the person and has proper authorization to provide the statement.”

Bandy Lee teaches at Yale in New Haven, Connecticut but she’s not licensed to practice medicine in the state.

Lee’s reasoning for her continued relentless attack on Trump’s mental capacity is that “none of the usual political mechanisms have worked so far” when it comes to the concerns the unlicensed psychiatrist has raised about a man she doesn’t know, has never examined and who is not her patient.  The foreign-influenced Yale faculty member thinks the current U.S. president is unfit to serve and has decided to circumvent the “usual political mechanisms” to cause dissension among U.S. citizens against him.

In an interview with “The Damage Report’s” John Iadorala, Lee presented her claimed “personal” speculations as facts about the federal officials “handling” Trump that she could not possibly have known as an outsider who doesn’t know them or him.

“It’s incumbent on those who are around him to be able to detect and and to see care for him; and what we’re seeing is that no one has yet really seriously addressed this issue as a mental health problem,” Lee told Iadorala.
Dr. Bandy Lee’s California license was voluntarily cancelled.

There’s no way for Lee to know without Trump’s federal law privacy as a patient being violated if “no one” has “yet seriously addressed the issue she’s disregarded medical ethics to push that a man she doesn’t know and has never examined has a mental health problem.  An appearance before Congress would extend Lee’s messaging further into the consciousness of the American people and confirm for some the belief she’s been pushing 0that Trump is mentally incapacitated.

As an “international expert on violence” Lee is acutely aware of how psychiatry is used by public policy experts to create societal conditions by planting ideas that evoke public fears that lead to violence or behavioral control.  One of her Yale courses of study is with the Department of Law and Psychiatry under Russian American Howard Zonona; another lawyer and psychiatrist.  They use psychiatry to resolve legal issues.
Despite the lack of personal or medical contact the unlicensed Lee has had with the President of the United States of America, Russian American U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth told the Washington Examiner he and another Russian American congressman, Jamie Raskin, are promoting the unlicensed psychiatrist’s non-clinical conclusions that Trump’s mental behavior is “dangerous” and a “national security threat” so her foreign-influenced views can be presented to Congress.
Dr. Bandy Lee appears to have been influenced by Dr. Alan J. Lipman when she worked with his violence non-profit.

Lee wants Congress to embrace her conclusions that Rear Admiral Dr. Ronny Jackson, Trump’s personal and licensed physician, needed to do more than a 10 minute mental assessment of a man who’s mind he’s been assessing ever since he was appointed to the job of caring for presidents on July 25, 2013 by ex-President Barack Obama.

Yarmuth and Raskin want Congress to reject the medical opinion of a licensed and accountable Iraqi Freedom” physician who has “under oath” treated two presidents and countless U.S. soliders only to embrace the non-clinical assessment of an unlicensed physician who’s never been asked or authorized by either an oath of office or oath of the profession to treat or diagnose the current president.

The “team” Lee describes to “The Damage Report” as having concerns about Trump’s mental health consists of historians, political scientists, legal professionals, experts on climate change, nuclear war and social psychology.  That’s what she’s seen and heard telling Iodarola during their interview.  None has clinically-examined Trump or know him.

Lee’s wikipedia biography identifies her as being of South Korean descent and raised in Brooklyn, New York.   She was born in 1970.

In her May 1, 2018 rollout of the reworked “The Increasingly Dangerous Case of Donald Trump,” Lee identified herself to the audience using exactly the following words.

“My name is Dr. Bandy Lee.  I am a forensic psychiatrist at Yale School of Medicine and an expert on violence.”

According to the State of Connecticut, Lee’s no licensed doctor although she is certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology through the state of New York where she is “registered” as a physician.  She “was” licensed in Connecticut between May 1, 2002 and May 31, 2015.  But on the latter date her Connecticut “license” as a “physician/surgeon” expired.    Lee has a reinstatement pending according to Connecticut’s “License Lookup” website.  In New York her “registration” is current until December 31, 2021.  In California Lee voluntarily cancelled her license.

One of Lee’s biographical credits identifies an affiliation with Russian American Dr. Alan J. Lipman’s Center for the Study of Violence.   He’s another psychiatrist.  Lee like Lipman has promoted herself as an international violence expert.

Russian American Dr. Leonard L. Glass and South Korean Dr. Bandy Lee have been operating outside traditional political mechanisms to plant seeds that President Donald Trump is mentally unstable and should be removed from office. They appear from the consistent drum beat of their message and repeated acts, despite threats against their safety, as unregistered foreign agents trying to infiltrate their thinking into Congress.

Lipman’s “Head of State” blog identifies him as a member of the Georgetown University faculty and as an attorney.  A “current” search of Georgetown’s “faculty” directory identifies another man named Lipman.  A general search of the Georgetown University website for the name “Alan J. Lipman” takes the researcher to articles that link to his Center for the Study of Violence website.

Lipman in his bio describes himself as a nationally-recognized violence expert.  In 2010 he was calling himself an “Xpatriate” and promoting digital songs he’d created.  Lee isn’t identified as one of Lipman’s Facebook friends.  His profile picture is from 2012.  Unlike Lee, Lipman’s Washington, D.C. license as a psychiatrist is current.

Dr. Lipman’s “Head of State” blog’s last posts are from 2016.  On October 28, 2016 he authored an “armchair” assessment of “candidate” Trump’s mental health in an editorial for CNN titled “The Narcissism of Donald Trump’s Candidacy. Dr. Lipman wrote the following words about patient” he’d never been authorized to treat.

“As a clinical psychologist, I have worked with many narcissists over the past 30 years, and have taught how to detect and treat such behavior. That’s why it isn’t hard for me to spot some of the signs, even from a distance, in Donald Trump.

For a start, there is the severe inability to focus on consequences other than those which directly affect him. There is a significant lack of empathy for the nation, and the impact that personal decisions made in rage would have upon the nation and its citizens. There is also the impulsivity with which Trump makes decisions of sweeping consequence, as well as the inability, even with the most stringent preparation, to prevent eruptions. All of this suggests narcissism. And together these traits make the candidate profoundly unfit for the Presidency.”

One year later Lipman’s protege, Lee, and her team released the “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump” on October 2017.

In her own words Lee claims she’s involved with unidentified players in a global mental health coalition of highly-trained professionals who combine psychiatry with law and public policy to influence the people in other nations and the USA as they operate beyond the confines of governmental treaties, constitutions and national loyalties.

Royalties from the sale of the Trump book she’s promoting goes to an unidentified “good cause” she told the National Press Club attendees.

During the January 2018 National Press Club meeting Lee sought to justify her violation of the Goldwater Rule by replacing it with the Physician’s Oath from the 1948 Declaration of Geneva.  Her two suspended medical licenses from California and Connecticut don’t mention the 1948 Declaration of Geneva.  Neither does her New York medical registration.

The 1948 Declaration of Geneva was also a “personal” oath between a physician and the medical professional’s “patient” not to use their skills the way doctors under Adolf Hitler used them.  Trump is not Lee’s “patient.”

NOTE;  The author is a 9th generation American citizen who used the same research methodologies Dr. Bandy Xenobia Lee and her team deployed to gather information about President Donald Trump’s mental health.
